1. Introduction
WeWe Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides Search Intelligence services to businesses globally. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
This policy explains what information we collect through our website and services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. By using our website or subscribing to our services, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Contact information — your name, email address, phone number, business name, and website address when you contact us, book a call, or subscribe.
- Business and website information — details about your website, market, competitors, and goals that you provide so we can deliver the service.
- Billing information — subscription and payment records. Full payment card details are collected and processed by our payment provider, not stored by us.
- Technical and usage information — IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referral source, collected automatically when you use our website.
- Communications — records of emails, calls, and messages exchanged with us.
3. Contact and booking forms
When you submit a contact request or book a strategy call, we collect the details you provide (such as your name, email address, website address, and the topic you want to discuss). We use this information to respond to you, prepare for and conduct the call, and follow up afterwards. If our booking is handled by a third-party scheduling provider, your booking details are also processed by that provider under its own privacy policy.
4. Payment and subscription data
Subscription payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment, the subscription status, and limited billing details (such as name, billing email, and the last digits of a card) needed to administer your account. We do not store full payment card numbers on our systems. Billing records are retained as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes under applicable law.
5. Analytics data
We use website analytics to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. Analytics data is aggregated wherever possible and includes information such as pages viewed, time on page, approximate location (city or region level), device and browser type, and how you arrived at our site. We do not use analytics data to personally identify individual visitors.
6. Cookies and tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to function, and may use analytics cookies to measure site usage. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some site functionality. Where required, we will seek your consent before setting non-essential cookies.
7. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve our Search Intelligence services;
- Prepare audits, monitoring, reports, and recommendations for your business;
- Respond to enquiries and schedule and conduct strategy calls;
- Administer subscriptions, billing, and account management;

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your business data to benefit your competitors.
8. Third-party services
We use reputable third-party providers to operate our business, which may process personal information on our behalf. These may include:
- Website hosting and infrastructure providers;
- Payment and subscription billing providers;

- SEO data and monitoring platforms used to deliver the service.
Each provider processes information under its own privacy policy and appropriate safeguards. We only share the information necessary for the provider to perform its function.
9. Data storage
Information we collect may be stored on secure servers operated by our service providers. Where information is stored or processed outside your location, we take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected by appropriate safeguards.
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law, and then securely delete or de-identify it.
10. Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access, disclosure, or alteration. These measures include encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and reliance on established infrastructure providers with strong security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; if a privacy breach occurs that is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner as required by law.
11. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong or out of date;
