Legal review disclaimer: This document is prepared for WeWe Digital. It should be reviewed by a qualified legal professional in the relevant operating jurisdictions before public launch and before being relied upon by either party.
1. Service overview
These terms govern your use of the services provided by WeWe Digital (“we”, “us”, “our”), a digital services business. Our core service is Search Intelligence: a monthly subscription that provides website SEO monitoring, technical SEO checks, competitor visibility tracking, keyword and opportunity insights, managed blog publishing, CMS integration options, monthly intelligence reports, and prioritised action recommendations (the “Service”).
The Service is advisory and analytical in nature. Unless separately agreed in writing, it does not include link building, advertising management, or website development. Managed blog publishing and CMS integration may be included where technically supported and approved. Optional website build work may be quoted and agreed as a separate project with its own terms.
By subscribing to the Service or using our website, you accept these terms. If you subscribe on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that business.
2. Subscription pricing
The Service is offered as a single subscription plan priced at $499 USD per month, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices are stated exclusive of applicable taxes unless indicated otherwise; taxes will be added where required. We may change the subscription price with at least 30 days’ written notice; any change takes effect from your next billing cycle after the notice period, and you may cancel before it applies.
3. Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, on or about the same calendar day each month, using the payment method you provide through our payment provider. You authorise us and our payment provider to charge recurring subscription fees until you cancel. If a payment fails, we may retry it and will notify you; we may suspend the Service if payment remains outstanding after reasonable notice. Fees for a commenced billing period are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no minimum term and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period already paid for; you will not be charged again after cancelling, and the Service continues until that period ends. You retain all reports delivered to you during your subscription. We may cancel or suspend the Service for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misuse, with notice where practicable.
5. No ranking guarantees
Search engine rankings, traffic, and revenue outcomes are influenced by factors outside anyone’s control, including search engine algorithms, competitor activity, market conditions, and the quality and implementation of your website and content. Accordingly:
- We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, lead, or revenue outcome;
- Reports and recommendations are professional opinions based on available data, not promises of results; and
- Improvements depend substantially on whether and how recommendations are implemented.
Any statement on our website or in our materials should be read consistently with this section.
6. Client responsibilities
To receive the full value of the Service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your business, website, and goals;
- Grant the access described in section 7 within a reasonable time;
- Review monthly reports and decide which recommendations to approve or implement;
- Maintain your own website and core hosting unless WeWe Digital is hosting your blog through the managed publishing service; and
- Ensure your use of our recommendations complies with applicable laws and platform policies.
7. Website access and data requirements
Delivering the Service requires access to certain data sources, which may include your website analytics, search console accounts, content management system, domain or DNS information for CNAME blog publishing where applicable, and related technical information. You agree to provide this access promptly and warrant that you are entitled to grant it. If required access is not provided, we will deliver the Service to the extent reasonably possible using publicly available data, and the subscription fee remains payable.
8. Reporting limitations
Reports rely on data from third-party tools, search engines, and your own systems. That data can be delayed, sampled, estimated, or revised by its source. While we take care to ensure reports are accurate and useful, we do not warrant that all underlying data is complete or error-free, and reports should be treated as informed analysis rather than audited fact.
9. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of our methodologies, templates, tooling, software, and know-how. Upon payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the reports and recommendations we deliver for your internal business purposes. You may not resell, republish, or provide our reports to third parties (other than your own advisers and staff) without our written consent. You retain all rights in your own website, content, and data.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to analyse websites you do not own or lack authority to analyse;
- Use our reports or recommendations for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service;
- Interfere with the operation or security of our website or systems; or
- Misrepresent your relationship with WeWe Digital.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is limited to the subscription fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded in any applicable jurisdiction.
12. Third-party tools
The Service is delivered using third-party data sources, monitoring platforms, and analytics tools. We are not responsible for outages, data changes, or discontinuation of third-party tools, but we will take reasonable steps to substitute equivalent capability if a tool we rely on becomes unavailable. Your use of any third-party platform remains subject to that platform’s own terms.
13. Changes to services
We may improve or modify the components of the Service over time, provided the overall nature and value of the Service is not materially reduced. If we make a material adverse change, we will give you at least 30 days’ notice and you may cancel before the change takes effect. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version will always be published on this page, and continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to WeWe Digital, unless a different jurisdiction is required by mandatory law or agreed in writing. If any provision of these terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
